Concept of NDA or Confidentiality Agreement:
- A Non Disclosure Agreement or Confidentiality Agreement is a legal contract used to protect information that must be shared by one party to another in order to do business, which one party or both must kept it confidential.
- This type of contract creates a confidential relationship between the parties, and protects the confidential information outlined in the agreement, as breaching a non disclosure agreement generally subjects the party/parties to civil penalties.
